Prepare the Schezwan Filling
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped spring onion, capsicum, and red bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until they soften.
Add 3 tbsp Schezwan stir-fry sauce and 100 ml water. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes, salt, and black pepper powder. Cook until the paneer is well-coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp spring onion greens and mix. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Prepare Spring Roll Wrappers
In a bowl, mix 2 cups refined flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough.
Add 1 tsp oil to the dough and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into thin sheets. -
Assemble the Spring Rolls
Place a small amount of shredded cabbage and carrot on each wrapper. Add a spoonful of the Schezwan filling.
Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal the filling. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling. -
Cook the Spring Rolls
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels. -
Serve
