Prepare the Patty Mixture
In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
Add sweet corn, chopped coriander, and Wok Tok Garlic Chilli Chutney.
Mix well to combine all ingredients. -
Form the Patties
Shape the mixture into small, round patties suitable for sliders.

Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Fry the patties on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. -
Prepare the Bread
Cut bread slices into round shapes to match the size of the patties.
Toast the bread slices lightly. -
Assemble the Sliders
Spread Thousand Island sandwich spread on the toasted bread slices.
Place a lettuce leaf on one slice of bread.
Add a patty on top of the lettuce.
Top with slices of tomatoes and onions.
Place another bread slice on top to complete the slider.
Secure with a cherry tomato using a toothpick, if desired. -
Optional Toppings
Add cheese slices for an extra layer of flavor.
Customize with additional lettuce, tomatoes, or onions as preferred.
